I had a Chinese one, smaller but much heavier. I am truly happy with this one, everything fits in, the separation is very convenient, you can change it, I carry a heavy tool and a measuring tool. I often fly with it, the airport readily accepts it.

It’s a pelican case so there’s not much more to say. I do like the customization of the colored latches and handles. However, FedEx is one of the worst ways to deliver something in my opinion. It got lost once and then had to be delivered to a Walgreens because I couldn’t be home in the middle of the day to sign for it. Custom case requires a signature for delivery so unfortunately, I had to drive to a drop off location to pick it up.

Best travel case I have seen or used…I really hate to say, I don’t even think an aircraft baggage handler could hurt it, but that is maybe only a boast.

The only thing that might make this expensive case better is if it came with inserts on the initial purchase, rather than an additional add-on. Perfect for military travel

Really nice case, and everything you’d expect from Pelican. Only drawback is that in its advertising, it is deemed, max size for checked luggage. My first experience, traveling United Airlines and intercontinental U.S. is that they consider it to be over or odd-sized. I had to check it as such and picking it up from baggage claim was consistently the same. I had to search for where the airline brings in odd or oversized luggage and claim it with my ID and luggage claim tag/boarding pass.

Shipping was incredibly fast to Los Angeles. The case is great although I had to ad support inside to keep the lid from crushing in. The weight savings is worth it though.

I have been using Pelicans for years and one of my biggest peeves was that they were always heavy. This has been solved with the Pelican Air series. I have bought three so far and all the next one will also be "Air". The fit and finish is great, they are very strong and the best thing, much lighter than the regular ones.

Needed a big durable travel case for my job, I travel internationally and domestic USA for an engineering firm. We make 3D digital models and have expensive equipment to carry daily, love this bag, genuine pelican with the yellow handles and latches to match my company colors!

I love that the latches are a sharp way to differentiate my case from all the others. My only wish is that the latches were the new upgraded push button air latches. They are not, but oh well.

Love the Case, was Supposed be delivered On a Tuesday. Was left outside my gate Wednesday after I left town for a week. Glad I have a Trustworthy neighborhood. FedEx should tell their drivers to leave Packages Inside a Gated Area, Just Not Smart. !!!!!!!!
