Don't think. Just buy. Well worht the investment.

I hesitated a bit before purchasing this item and those fears were put to rest when I opened the box. From the packaging, to the sheet of instructions and the fit and finish of the product, I am truly happy. The tub fit inside of my 1610 perfectly, installed the end pads and the foam base layer and off we went. I would recommend without hesitation and I feel that there is good value for the money spent. Highly recommended.

Can the insert be ordered without the top foam? Also, are the dividers shown in the picture the actual count — three long ones and 12 short? Thanks.

    Caleb Kinzie

Hi Marc, All of the padded dividers come with the top foam. We can remove it if you would like. As for the dividers the 1610 has 3 - Full Width Pads, 12 - Medium Pads, 10 - Small Pads, and 6 Elastic Bands. Hope this helps!

Can I get dimensions overall, thickness of side walls and bottom. Is there not foam that goes under this or is bottom extra thick?

    Caleb Kinzie

Hi, so the thickness of all of the walls including the extra strips as well is: 3/4" . The bottom foam for this dividers is also 3/4" thick, and there isn't any extra foam below it. We haven't had issues yet with the foam being too thin, but if your are protecting something that is extremely valuable/easy to damage I would recommend probably wrapping it in a protective covering before putting it in the divider.
