Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping: Most of our products ship from our West Coast warehouse in Las Vegas, NV. Some products may occasionally ship from our East Coast warehouse in Richmond, VA. Cases ship within 1-3 working days from order date. In the contiguous United States, cases ship via FedEx ground. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or APO boxes ship via USPS Priority Mail and there will be an additional charge.

Most foam sets and replacement handle kits will ship via USPS. If you have an expedited shipping request, please feel free to contact us at shipping@colorcase.com. With rare exception, all items currently listed on our site are in stock.

Returns: You may return new, unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund. You will be responsible for the original shipping cost to you (even though item shows free shipping, you will be responsible for the true cost of original shipment) and the cost of returning the items back to ColorCase.

If ColorCase makes an error on the item ordered, we will pay for all costs required to resolve the issue (we will fix all of our mistakes). We have negotiated the best prices on your behalf and to preserve them, we ask that you double-check your cart when ordering before we both incur freight costs shipping items back and forth.
