Middle Pluck Foam: This includes 2 Middle Pluck Pieces of foam for the 1510 case. 

Top and Bottom Foam: This includes the Convoluted Lid Foam and the Solid Base foam for the 1510 Case

4 piece Replacement Pluck Foam Set: Includes convoluted lid foam, middle pluck, and bottom flat pad.  Foam set dimensions - 19.75" x 11.00" x 7.60" (50.2 x 27.9 x 19.3 cm).
