Middle Pluck Foam: This includes 1 Middle Pluck Piece of foam for the 1490 case. 

Top and Bottom Foam: This includes the Convoluted Lid Foam and the Solid Base foam for the 1490 Case

3 piece Replacement Pluck Foam Set: Includes convoluted lid foam, middle pluck, and bottom flat pad.  Foam set dimensions - 17.75" x 11.37" x 4.12" (45.1 x 28.9 x 10.5 cm).
