Eelco Hoenselaar The red is a little dull, I would've liked it to be brighter, like in the pictures, but the construction and quality of the plastic is as good as any other small Pelican case.
The TrekPak is a far more efficient method of organizing the contents than the Pick-n-Pluck foam.
The lid organizer has 3 mesh pockets, great for storing smaller items, cables, or chargers. The mesh is smooth and tough. I have no worries of it breaking or tearing. The zippers are exposed and could scratch delicate equipment, which is something to keep in mind, but the organizer attaches with Velcro, so it's easily replaced with convoluted foam if you want to.
I'm very happy with the purchase. Colorcase have been very accommodating as well, and delivery was fast. I ordered this with a 1535 Air in all red (which is the brighter red I would've liked to have seen on the 1200 as well) with TrekPak, a computer pouch and locking latches, and a 1535TRVL Air in Indigo.

Easy Install - Landing Gear

Perfect gear for deployment
I was driving by Vegas with the fam (last vacay with them before a 9mo deployment) and Colorcase store just caught my eye. My husband was like, won’t u need a pelican?
Fast fwd, this has been the best decision ever, I ended up flying 5x prior to getting to my ULT dest, and I’m 61”, this deep luggage practically fit 2seabag full, it became my closet for 2 mos.. Extremely durable while transporting living situations via gravel.. Just so damn convenient and all branches are just in envy. Not to mention, their superb customer service at the flagship store.
