  • Base Layer: 1 black foam bottom layer (2.00" thick).
  • Foam Trays: 3 black foam layers (1.00" thick) with adhesive backing.
  • Plastic Backing: 4 Red ABS plastic sheets (approx. 1/4" thick) for shadowing and structural strength.
  • Lid: 1 Convoluted "egg-crate" lid foam (1.75" thick).

Instructions:

1. Layout & Trace: Arrange your tools on the black foam layers. Once you have optimized the layout, use a marker to trace the outline of each tool clearly.
2. Precision Cutting: Using a sharp utility knife, cut along your trace lines. To achieve the cleanest edges, we recommend using several shallow passes rather than trying to cut through the foam in one motion.
3. Peel & Laminate: Once your tool shapes are cut out, peel the backing from the pressure-sensitive adhesive on the foam. Carefully align the foam with the Red ABS plastic sheet. Press firmly across the entire surface of the foam to ensure a permanent, secure bond with the plastic backing.
4. Final Setup: Place your solid 2" base layer in the bottom of the case and stack your new tool trays on top. Your Pelican 1510 is now a fully organized mobile workstation.
