Very disappointing quality and customer service. I ordered this case and upon inspection the bottom back part was clearly deformed outward with discoloration of the material. Contacted customer service -unhelpful- they just told me that that is a common complaint with the air cases. I also ordered 1 sets of landing gear which were supposed to come with 2 tools sets for free-both 9f which were not included with my order.

Regarding the case: you’re right that this should have been caught before it shipped. While slight cosmetic variation can occur on some Pelican Air cases, the condition you described isn’t what we want anyone receiving. As soon as you contacted us, we offered an exchange right away, along with alternative options in other colors that would avoid discoloration/defects, however you chose not to move forward with an exchange.
Regarding the free pin punch tools: when you reached out, we immediately sent a set, then sent additional sets after your follow-ups across different platforms. In total, we’ve shipped three pin punch sets to make sure you received them.

Had a small issue with one of the wheels shortly after installation, but the customer service team was quick to respond and help get it corrected. Pleased with how quickly the response and resolution was!
