Instructions

1. Layout & Trace: Arrange your tools on the black foam layers. Once you have the perfect layout, use a marker or pen to trace the outline of each tool.

2. Precision Cutting: Using a utility knife (a fresh, sharp blade is highly recommended), cut along your trace lines. To get the cleanest edges, use multiple shallow passes rather than trying to cut through the foam in one go.

3. Peel & Stick: Once your tool cutouts are complete, peel the adhesive backing from the foam layer. Carefully align it with the Red ABS plastic sheet.

4. Laminate: Press firmly across the entire surface of the foam to ensure a strong, permanent bond with the plastic board.

5. Final Assembly: Once laminated, you will have a series of firm, professional tool trays. Simply stack them into your Pelican 1595 Air to complete your mobile workstation.
