Pelican Air Series Upgraded Smooth-Glide Replacement Wheels (Set of 2)

I don't recommend these as they don't last long at all. I've had these wheels since June and they already went to crap. Wish they were better quality but they are not. I wish I could post a video of the wobble in these wheels from blown out bearings.

After trying to figure out what size roller blade wheel and ordering several sets on Amazon I stubbled upon this website.
Orders 2 sets for my 1535 & 1615 Air and they work perfect.

Pelican sent me new OEM replacements after I told them of these inferior products.

Just got them installed and these are an excellent replacement for the OEM wheels. Hardest part was taking the pins out as you need to pound them out from the inside. But they fit perfectly with no wiggle. Have not had the opportunity to test the durability, but from rolling the Pelican Air 1535 around the house, it is very smooth.

I love this soft wheels, they are so smooth and zero annoying noise, they roll good on carpet.

Far quieter than the factory Pelican wheels, exactly what I wanted.

Be warned: youtube installation videos are mostly wrong. Drive the pins outward, from the interior of the case towards the exterior. It shouldn’t require a sledgehammer or WD-40 to remove the pins.

Extra quiet smooth rolling. Should be standard on every case for as much as they charge.

Soften the rolling chatter associated with factory wheels. Just need a small instruction sheet to show which way to punch out pins.

Looks like good quality but was dissapointed on the width - not as wide as the originals - don't know if the extra slop will be an issue but going to find out.

Rolled great, super smooth. 2 stars because after only 2 trips the bearings were blown out. Probably need to add bronze bushings to eliminate wobble on the shaft

After very long searches on the internet, I finally found the best replacement wheels for my 1535 Pelican Air case right here at COLORCASE. I decided to go with their upgraded Smooth Glide Replacement wheels and found them to be fairly good quality. The fit was close, but not spot on. I had to use two 1/4" flat washers to make the fit exact. Without them the wheels shift right and left as the case rolls which will lead to failure in a relatively short time. I carry approx. 62 lbs. of weight in my case and have gone through two sets of "Pelican" wheels in three months. They are guaranteed by the manufacture, but is a bit of a hassle to get the replacements not to mention the time which was several days. I do wish that COLORCASE would find an "Exact" replacement wheel and also look into sealed roller bearings instead of the ball bearings they currently use. Sealed Rollers would last the life of the case for sure...in my opinion. All in all, these wheels are "Better than most"

Happy with the wheels. No long term testing yet. Do not recommend ordering the wheels without the pins. I could not reuse my pins. I had to cut the pins and replace them. This cost me a lot of time trying to save / reuse the old pins.

These wheels work great on my Pelican Air 1615 case. Much smoother rolling since I replaced the worn out old ones.

High quality teplacment wheels

These wheels are great, but Colorcase fails to be upfront with the installation details. The pin must be pressed out from the inside to the outside of the case. You cannot drive the pin with driver and hammer, I found that a C-Clamp was best way, still very difficult.
